How do I find out the ingredients for one of your products?

Each product will have an ingredients tab so you can get more information on what is in each product you are using. We believe in educating the consumer about what is in the product and what benefit it brings.  So be sure to check out the Blog to learn more.

What exactly is a self-care journey?

A self-care journey is a specific set of curated spa-quality products that are designed to pamper you in four different focal areas: Release, Renew, Reclaim, and Love. 


Each "journey" has been specifically formulated with natural and organic ingredients designed to help balance specific self-care issues and get your energy back in alignment.

Our Release Journey helps you detox and soothe.

    Where can I buy Dolce & Lay?

    Right now you can only purchase Dolce & Lay on our website, Facebook, or Instagram pages. As we are working to add physical locations for ease of access to Dolce & Lay Products, we will keep our list members updated of new locations first! 

    What is your return policy?

    Unfortunately due to Covid-19, we are not accepting any returns. For defective items, you have 30 days from the date of receipt (delivered date) to request an exchange. You can exchange for the same item or an item of lesser value.  You can also receive a credit for that amount that can be used towards the purchase of a more expensive item.


    To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please email us photos of the damaged item(s).

    How do I get a refund?

    Refunds for defective items can be issued as a full refund (once the defect has been verified), an exchange, or a credit to be used for up to 6 months.

      When will I be billed for my quarterly subscription?

      The table below shows the standard billing and shipping dates for your subscription box. If your first subscription purchase/payment falls between 2 Payment Billed dates, you will receive the box for that quarter in 3-5 days after your purchase. You will then be charged on the normal subscription period for future subscription quarters.

      When can I expect my box?

      As our subscription is a quarterly box, we ship out the 1st week of the month following the Payment Billed Date. For purchases made after that time, we ship monthly by the 5th of the month for the two remaining months in the subscription quarter. 


      For instance, if your Payment Billed date is Nov 15th, your first box will ship out during the first week of December. If you purchase the subscription AFTER the Payment Billed Date, your first box will ship out the 1st week of the next month (so January instead of December).

      How do I manage my subscription?

      You must create an account in order to manage your subscription. Once your account has been activated, you will be able to manage, edit, pause, or cancel your subscription order. 

      Please note that prepaid subscription periods are cannot be cancelled; only future unpaid subscription periods.
      I paid for an annual or semi-annual subscription, can I cancel it?

      Our semi-annual and annual subscriptions are prepaid, and cannot be canceled for the current period. You can, however, cancel it from renewing for future periods. You will still receive all of the boxes for the currently selected subscription period, but your card will not be charged for any additional periods upon completion.

      Are the boxes refundable?

      Unfortunately our boxes are not refundable. If you receive a box with damaged goods, we will gladly replace the damaged items.
