Refund policy

Due to Covid-19 safety precautions, Dolce & Lay does not accept returns unless they were received damaged. You can return damaged items for up to 30 days after purchase for an exchange. If 30 days has passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, please email pictures of your damaged item to hello@dolceandlay.com with the subject line “Damaged Products”. Our team will verify your photos and follow up with you for the exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be eligible for an exchange of the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.
