Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Low Volume Wholesale Discount Schedule and Terms
This program is appropriate for retailers who consistently (at least 1 order every two months) want to order less than 20 of a product:
- 12% discount, minimum of 10 of a product required
- Pay at time of order (credit card, pay PayPal) using your unique discount code
- All orders must be self-service, using this web site
- Pay shipping and handling per order
These terms supersede their equivalent regular wholesale terms, below. If you are interested in this, please let us know in your account request so we can set up your account specially for these terms. If your volume turns out to be higher than you thought and you want regular wholesale terms, we can switch you once, but cannot switch repeatedly.
Regular Wholesale Discount Schedule and Terms
0% | For 19 or less of a given product (but as a wholesaler you still get free ground shipping in the US) | |

- Volume discounts per schedule above
- Orders must be prepaid or pay at time of order (credit card, pay pal)
- Free ground shipping on all products with exception of gift sets.
Non-wholesale Items
Items which are not listed in the order form are not available at wholesale pricing.
Shipping
Free in continental US via UPS for regular wholesale accounts.
Shipping by other means is charged as calculated.

- Orders ship the next business day for in stock items or within 5 business days for out of stock items

Return/ cancel an order
Wholesale order refund policy
Please note that due to covid-19, we are suspending our refund/return policy for cosmetic/ skin care products.
There is a 15% restock fee for product returned in perfect condition within 60 days. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Product which has the slightest damage or has been opened is not returnable, as we can’t resell it. Custom orders are not available for resell.
To cancel an order before it has shipped
Contact Customer service by e mail, or by phone (470) 396-0275, 10am-4pm Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. Note that you have to be pretty quick to catch it before it ships; see the shipping times above.
To return an order after it has shipped
Contact Customer service by e mail, or by phone (470) 396-0275, 10am-4pm Eastern Time, Mon-Fri for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then send the products back to us at:

To request a refund
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, contact Customer service by e mail, or by phone (470) 396-0275, 10am-4pm Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will be charged.
