This session includes completion of a detailed self-care assessment, 2 hour working session to understand the top 3 Self-care challenges you would Iike assistance addressing. You will be provided a RADICAL Self-Care Blueprint that provides a plan for addressing the challenges. This also includes a 30 and 60 day checkin (phone, zoom, or chat - 15 mins each)

As we make our products in small batches please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be packed for shipment. 

Items under 1 lb are shipped via First Class postal mail by default unless priority shipping is selected at checkout.

During warmer months, we do ship our Butters using Priority mail only to ensure that your product does not melt during shipment.
